Discovery call
We offer a free consultation call to discuss your project brief in detail and understand your requirements and expectations. During the discovery call, we will go over the modeling and rendering process and how your project will be developed. We will also set the goals and determine the timeline for your project to ensure that it is completed to your satisfaction. Project brief
If we determine during our discovery call that we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll ask you to provide us with a detailed project brief outlining your goals, timeline, and any specific requirements for the project. This will help us fully understand your vision and make sure we can deliver the final product meeting your expectations. To do so, we will send you our project questionnaire for you to fill out the relevant details of your project and we will get back to you with any additional information. Model Check
After gathering all the necessary information about your project, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and examples, and completing the project questionnaire, we’ll start building the model. Once it’s completed, we’ll present it to you through screenshots and clay renderings so you can see how the final product will look and make any necessary adjustments. We’re eager to show you the progress we’ve made and get your feedback before moving on to the final rendering phase.

Image Preview
Once the model has been approved, we can proceed to the next phase, which involves adding textures and materials. This step is crucial in enhancing the realism and detail of the model, resulting in a more lifelike and realistic appearance. After the textures and materials have been applied, we will be ready to begin the rendering process. This will involve rendering the model with the added textures and materials to generate the preview images for your review.

Final Image
After the preview renderings have received approval, we will proceed with the final renderings, which will be completed to the highest level of detail and quality. Once the final renderings are complete, we will enter the post-production phase, where we will use Photoshop to further enhance and perfect the images. We are committed to delivering the best possible results for your project and are confident that you will be satisfied with the final result.
