In the past, a 3D Visualization studio named “PRIMITIVES” was established by an Architect and a 3D Artist. Today, “PRIMITIVES” has evolved into a professional Virtual Design Assistance Agency known as “Bureau Viz”.

Our story

Our story begins with our first independent Interior Design project.

After gaining professional experience working in leading Architectural companies for more than five years, the first independent project came alongside a recommendation from one of our lead designer colleagues.

We were thrilled to get an opportunity to develop a project from conception through completion, and what we learned on this exceptional journey is that our clients got the most of their impression from the 3D renderings.

MEET THE ARCHITECT

Rajna has a Master’s Degree in Architecture. At the very beginning of her career, Rajna worked as an Architect for the first 5 years. Afterward, her career path made the turn toward the Interior Design Industry. 

Nowadays, Rajna has more than ten years of professional interior design experience across the U.S. and Europe. She worked as an Interior Architect on all aspects of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, from initial concepts to developing 2D and 3D technical presentations, product procurement, and right through to project completion.

MEET THE LEAD 3D ARTIST

Bojan is a former student of Veterinary Medicine. He studied Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from 1999-2003, and his passion for 3D design led him in another direction when he left his studies and signed up for Specialized Autodesk Training in the next two years. He mastered his 3D modeling and rendering skills by learning AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, V-ray, Corona, Photoshop, and many other tools, and he chose to develop further as a 3D Artist in Architectural Visualization.

Thanh worked as a civil engineer for the first 2 years. Then, his true passion for the 3D industry led him to the field that he loved the most as a young teenager, Architectural Visualization.

Our story

Our story begins with our first independent Interior Design project.

After gaining professional experience working in leading Architectural companies for more than five years in Belgrade, the first independent project came alongside a recommendation from one of our lead designer colleagues.

We were thrilled to get an opportunity to develop a project from conception through completion, and what we learned on this exceptional journey is that our clients got the most of their impression from the 3D renderings.

Therefore, the idea for freelancing was born even though, at that time, remote collaborations weren’t in expansion. Our persistence in pursuing new clients all over the globe kept us in this business for the next ten years. We’ve established strong working relations with many clients across the US and Europe, focusing on providing 3D Architectural and Interior Design Visualizations services for professionals in the industry.

What we realized from working on versatile architectural and interior design visualizations is that for each of our clients was essential to improve their visual presentations and resolve the design decisions in a shorter timeline.

That helped us build our business upon these two values as a foundation for the further development of our goals structure, business strategies, and personalized client relation approach.

Afterward, her career path made the turn toward the Interior Design Industry. Nowadays, Rajna has more than ten years of professional interior design experience across the U.S. and Europe. She worked as an Interior Architect on all aspects of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, from initial concepts to developing 2D and 3D technical presentations, product procurement, and right through to project completion. 

She keenly understands the relationship between functionality and space and how it connects to an overall environment. With clients’ needs as her highest priority, Rajna employs flexibility that allows her to easily adapt to client requests, styles, and personalities. Rajna’s remarkable attention to the finest details is a skill she’s perfected through her dedication, drive, and passion for the design industry.

In the 3D Architectural Visualization field, Rajna mastered her skills for a detailed modeling process, carefully following the project drawings, creating high-quality textures, assigning and mapping materials, and finalizing the post-production of the 3D renderings through photoshop. 

In her time off, you can find Rajna skiing on the high edge solo or with her young son, who thoroughly enjoys the free ride in her ski backpack.

MEET THE LEAD 3D ARTIST

He worked as a 3D artist on all aspects of architectural, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, from building the 3D models, resolving the materialization and lighting, and generating high-end 3D renderings. 

His top priority is the client’s needs and expectations, and his dedication to meeting the client’s goals will go above and beyond to emphasize the designer’s art language of any particular project. Bojan’s managing and organizational skills made him flexible in following the requested workflows, which led him to independence as a project leader for various 3D visualization projects. He strives to be efficient and to ensure all work is completed properly. Design is something that he enjoys in, but he also, takes it seriously and is entirely devoted and driven to succeed in what he does, whether the task in front of him is more or less challenging.

In his time off, you can find Bojan snowboarding on the high edge and patiently waiting for his son to get a bit older to convert him from a skier to a snowboarder.

MEET OUR 3D ARTIST

Thanh is a 3D Artist who specializes in photorealistic 3D renderings. He will transform your ideas and drawings into realistic and engaging images.

Thanh worked as a civil engineer for the first 2 years. Then, his true passion for the 3D industry led him to the field that he loved the most as a young teenager, Architectural Visualization.

Currently, Thanh has more than 6 years of experience in visualizing Architecture and Interior Design in the European and US markets. With flexibility in work, details, and meticulously, he always wants clients to have the best experience. Thanh has completed a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, hotel, and resort projects. He is committed to delivering high-quality renderings and is known for his flexibility and meticulous attention to detail.

In addition to his professional work, Thanh is also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys participating in activities such as football, table tennis, and mountain hiking. No matter how busy he became with his work, Thanh never lost his love for mountain hiking. Whenever he had a free weekend, he would pack his gear and set off into the wilderness to test his strength on the most exciting trails to enjoy nature and its breathtaking views.
